and 1:00 – 4:00 pm.

FEE SCHEDULE FOR WEDDING AND/OR LARGE GROUP EVENTS
(Effective March 28, 2011)

  • 6 hours minimum: $1,000.00
  • Deposit (due at contract signing)*: $400.00
  • Additional hours if desired: $100.00 per hour
  • Corkage Fee (if alcohol is served): $100.00
  • Security (for events beginning at 4:00 pm or with alcohol served ): $140.00
  • Rehearsal in house prior to wedding (2 hr. max.): $100.00
  • Rehearsal in garden: $50.00
  • House Set up and Cleaning Fee: $150.00


Maximum number guest allowed is 175 persons.


*The deposit is due at contract signing and is refunded after the event (unless cancelled) provided there are no damage charges or extra cleaning charges above the usual cleaning fee for an event.  If the event is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the date of the event $200.00 will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the date of the event no money will be refunded.

FEE SCHEDULE FOR NON-WEDDING/SMALL GROUP EVENTS

(Effective February 8, 2012)

  • 4 hour minimum: $75.00 per hour
  • Deposit (for on time event) - $75.00
For Events begininng at 5:00 pm or after serving alcohol:
  • Security (required): $35.00 per hour
  • Corkage Fee: $100.00 maximum
Large groups of 75 persons or more are subject to the contract and rules of the Large Group contract fee schedule.

If the event is held during the week, Sunday thru Thursday, and is cancelled 10 days or more prior to the date of the event, $37.50 will be refunded.  If cancellation occurs within 10 days of the date of the event, Sunday thru Thursday, no money will be refunded.

If the event is held on the weekend, Friday and Saturday, and is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the event, $37.50 will be refunded.  If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the date of the event, Friday or Saturday, no money will be refunded.
