Upcoming Events:

Earth Day Garden Show, Sunday, April 19th, 1:30 - 3:30 at the Battle-Friedman House and Gardens.  Admission is FREE!  Visit with local vendors, have your gardening questions answered, and play the Raffle.  Enjoy music on the porch performed by Smooth Operators.  This is a rain or shine event.

 

Sundown Lecture Series, Thursday, May 14th, 5:15 - 6:45 at the Jemison-Van de Graaff Mansion.  Ms. Hallie O'Kelley will present "35 Years of Quilting."  Light refreshments at 5:15 with the lecture beginning at 5:45.  Society Members FREE; Non-Members $5

 

Heritage Celebration College Park Block Party, Saturday, May 16th.  4:00 - 8:00 pm. in the historic College Park neighborhood in downtown Tuscaloosa. More details will be available soon!

We are pleased to announce the 2015 Hertiage Celebration!  This year, we are focusing on Reconstruction Tuscaloosa (1865 - 1876.)  We are also reformatting the event to be a year-long celebration.  Additional information on the events below will be forthcoming.  Mark your calendars and make your plans to join us as we celebrate the rich history of Tuscaloosa!
